This written warranty is honored at more than 12,000 locations nationwide. No matter where you travel, if you experience a problem with a covered repair, you can count on a NAPA AutoCare Center to honor the Peace of Mind Warranty.
Palmer’s Auto adds a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first, for all their repairs. This warranty is valid only at Palmer’s Auto or NAPA AutoCare Centers that are outside of a 50 mile radius. For specific coverage information refer to the warranty statement at the bottom of your invoice.

Our passion is fixing vehicles right the first time. Our auto repair facility is equiped for oil change services, dealership-style maintenance like 30/60/90 thousand mile services, and larger mechanic work such as engine or transmission replacement, and our ASE certified technicians and mechanics have the skill required for:

We also can perform basic electrical analysis on starters, batteries and alternators as well as advanced elecrical and electronic diagnostics.
When OEM factory gas engines or transmissions from General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Dogde, Jeep, or Honda are installed, they have a 3 year/100,000 mile National Warranty through the manufacturer. Ford diesel engines have a 2 year/unlimited mileage National Warranty. Toyota engine and transmission replacements have a 12 month/unlimited mileage warranty.
When a NAPA part or component is not available, we will install OEM factory replacement components or parts from Motorcraft, Nippondenso, and AC Delco.
